On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and on the 25th day of each month, after the evening Mass, the Blessed Sacrament is exposed for Adoration for one hour, followed by Benediction. During this time, there are short prayers in Croatian (with simultaneous translation) and beautiful simple repetitive hymns. Many pilgrims who are not familiar with Adoration find this segment of the programme to be most touching and beneficial. The reverential silence during Adoration is spontaneous, awesome, and prayerful. There are not too many occasions when this happens with a crowd of thousands!
